How long does shipping take?

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Since every No Grip Club Apparel product is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you can request a free reshipment or a refund; there is no need to send the item back.

How should I care for my apparel?

• DTG prints: machine-wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle; mild detergent; non-chlorine bleach only if needed; no fabric softeners; don’t dry-clean. Hang-dry or tumble-dry low; cool iron inside-out—never iron the print.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is processed.
